Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour and powdered sugar.
- Cut in cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the shortbread crust.
- Bake the crust for 15–20 minutes until lightly golden.
- Meanwhile, whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, lemon juice, zest, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Pour the lemon mixture over the hot crust and return to the oven.
- Bake for another 20–25 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Cool completely, then dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
Notes
