Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 8 soft flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: avocado slices, cilantro, sour cream, shredded cheese, sliced radishes
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until soft.
- Add marinated chicken and cook until chicken is golden and fully cooked.
