Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 8 soft flour tortillas
  • Optional toppings: avocado slices, cilantro, sour cream, shredded cheese, sliced radishes


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil. Add chicken, toss to coat, and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
