Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh or frozen green beans, trimmed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 ½ cups crispy fried onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir in green beans, half of the cheddar cheese, and half of the bacon.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbling.
- Top with remaining cheese, bacon, and crispy fried onions, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the onions are golden.
