Ingredients

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Chicken broth
  • Green chiles
  • Cream cheese
  • Heavy cream
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Ground cumin
  • Chili powder
  • Ground coriander
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
