Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare cupcake pans.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar until fluffy, then add eggs one at a time.
- Mix in vanilla, lime zest, and juice. Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk.
- Fill cupcake liners and bake until a tester comes out clean. Brush with tequila if desired.
- For the frosting, beat butter until creamy. Gradually add sugar, then tequila, vanilla, lime flavoring, and salt. Frost cupcakes and garnish.
