Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 12 oz egg noodles
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chopped onion and sliced mushrooms. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Sprinkle flour over the vegetables and stir to combine. Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
- Stir in sour cream and Worcestershire sauce. Return the meatballs to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Serve the meatballs and sauce over the cooked egg noodles. Garnish with fresh parsley.
