Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Taco seasoning
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • Salsa
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Bell pepper (optional)
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix ground beef, taco seasoning, eggs, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and half the shredded cheese.
