Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup butter, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef with chopped onion and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, ricotta, and half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Spread half of the cooked spaghetti in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Dot with slices of butter.
