Ingredients
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 3 tbsp sugar, and melted butter. Press mixture into the bottom of each liner.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Divide batter evenly among liners. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until set.
- Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
- Top with fresh fruit, chocolate ganache, or caramel sauce for extra flavor.
