Description

This Mini Meatloaf Recipe is an easy and delicious dinner idea made with ground beef, breadcrumbs, and a flavorful glaze. Perfectly portioned, these individual meatloaves are quick to prepare and packed with savory goodness for the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup finely diced onion
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

For the Glaze:

  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp mustard


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture evenly into 6 portions and shape them into mini loaves. Place on a lined baking sheet or in a greased muffin tin.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to make the glaze. Spread it evenly over each mini meatloaf.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
