Description

Mini Sliders are the ultimate bite-sized comfort food. These tiny burgers are loaded with juicy beef, melty cheese, and soft buns, making them perfect for gatherings or a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 mini slider buns
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
  • Lay the bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet.
  • Spread the cooked beef evenly over the buns, and top with slices of cheese.
  • Cover with the top halves of the buns. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
  • Serve warm and enjoy these mini delights!
