Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 mini slider buns
- 6 slices cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, seasoning with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease.
- Lay the bottom halves of slider buns on a baking sheet.
- Spread the cooked beef evenly over the buns, and top with slices of cheese.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are golden brown.
