Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)
- 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
- Optional: whipped cream for topping, extra banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of 6 individual tart pans or a muffin tin. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
- Slice bananas and arrange them over the graham cracker crust.
- Spoon the pudding over the bananas, spreading evenly.
- Top with whipped cream or whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra banana slices if desired.
