These No-bake Mini Banana Cream Pies are a quick and delicious dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust, creamy vanilla pudding, fresh bananas, and whipped topping. Simple to make, they’re perfect for parties, picnics, or whenever you need an easy banana dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (or whipped topping)
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping, extra banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of 6 individual tart pans or a muffin tin. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Slice bananas and arrange them over the graham cracker crust.
  • Spoon the pudding over the bananas, spreading evenly.
  • Top with whipped cream or whipped topping.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with extra banana slices if desired.
