Description

This No-Bake Oreo Cheesecake is a simple, creamy dessert that combines a rich cream cheese filling with crushed Oreos on a crunchy Oreo crust. With no oven needed, this is the ideal make-ahead dessert for gatherings, holidays, or anytime you're craving a cool, decadent treat.

Ingredients

  • Crust:
    • 24 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
    • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • Filling:
    • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
    • 1 cup powdered sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream
    • 10-12 crushed Oreos (for folding into filling)

Instructions

  • Prepare the crust:
Mix crushed Oreos with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan. Chill in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.
  • Make the filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  • Gently fold in the crushed Oreos.
  • Spread the filling evenly over the crust and smooth the top.
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until set.
  • Optional: Garnish with additional crushed Oreos or whipped cream before serving.

Notes

  • For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
  • Use a sharp knife dipped in warm water for clean slices.
