Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup Nutella (or more, as needed)
- Powdered sugar, for garnish
- Whipped cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Remove from pan and spread Nutella on one side.
- Fold or roll the crepe and garnish with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For extra creaminess, mix Nutella with a bit of whipped cream before spreading.
- Add sliced bananas or strawberries for a fruity twist.
