Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup Nutella (or more, as needed)
  • Powdered sugar, for garnish
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the pan, swirling to coat evenly.
  • Cook for 1-2 minutes until edges lift, then flip and cook for another 30 seconds.
  • Remove from pan and spread Nutella on one side.
  • Fold or roll the crepe and garnish with powdered sugar or whipped cream.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
