Description

This one-pan chicken with creamy buttered noodles is a comforting and flavorful dish made with tender chicken, buttery noodles, and a rich, creamy sauce. A perfect weeknight dinner with minimal cleanup and maximum taste!


Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
  • 2 cups egg noodles
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

 

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove from pan.
  • In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  • Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
  • Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the pan.
  • Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

 

  • Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
