Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until golden brown. Remove from pan.
- In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add egg noodles and cook until tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, then return chicken to the pan.
- Let simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
