  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 3/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and orange zest.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix orange juice, melted butter, and egg until well blended.
  4. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the cranberries.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
