Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Pat chicken thighs dry with paper towels, then rub with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Place chicken thighs on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven, brush BBQ sauce generously over each piece of chicken, then return to the oven.
  • Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F and the BBQ sauce is caramelized.

Notes
