Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 8 slices rye bread

Secret Sauce Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions

- Assemble the patty melts: Place a cooked patty, a slice of Swiss cheese, and caramelized onions between two slices of rye bread.
