Ingredients
- 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the peaches, 1/2 cup granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Stir well to coat the peaches evenly.
- Pour the peach mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, remaining 1/2 cup granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter over the peaches in the baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Drizzle the melted butter over the top of the batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the peaches are bubbling.

Notes
