Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian rolls or slider buns
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 slices pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup cooked Italian sausage, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup black olives, sliced (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them connected, and place the bottom half on a baking sheet or in a casserole dish.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly over the bottom half of the rolls.
  • Layer with shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, cooked sausage, bell peppers, red onion, and black olives (if using).
  • Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese. Brush the butter mixture generously over the tops of the rolls.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 10 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, slice into individual sliders, and serve warm.
