Ingredients
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 cups water
- 12 frozen potstickers (dumplings)
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in broth and water, bring to a simmer.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
- Drop in frozen potstickers and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender.
- Add bok choy and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.

- Use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
- Add more sriracha for extra heat.
- Substitute spinach or kale if bok choy is unavailable.
