Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 cups water
  • 12 frozen potstickers (dumplings)
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp sriracha (optional)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté for 1 minute.
  • Pour in broth and water, bring to a simmer.
  • Add mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sriracha.
  • Drop in frozen potstickers and cook for 5-6 minutes until tender.
  • Add bok choy and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds.
