- 1 tbsp soy sauce

- 1 cup coconut milk (optional for creaminess)
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1 lime
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in broth, diced tomatoes, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
- Add shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes, until pink and opaque.
- Stir in coconut milk (if using), cilantro, and lime juice. Simmer for another 2 minutes.
