Ingredients
- Slider buns
- Thinly sliced roast beef (deli or leftover)
- Swiss or provolone cheese slices
- Butter, melted
- Horseradish sauce or mayo (optional)
- Worcestershire sauce
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Poppy seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
- Spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce or mayo (if desired) on the buns.
- Layer roast beef and cheese over the buns.
- Cover with the top halves of the buns.
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter with Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and onion powder. Brush the mixture over the sliders.
- Sprinkle with poppy seeds if desired.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 5 minutes until golden and the cheese is melted.
