Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Thinly sliced roast beef (deli or leftover)
  • Swiss or provolone cheese slices
  • Butter, melted
  • Horseradish sauce or mayo (optional)
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Poppy seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread a thin layer of horseradish sauce or mayo (if desired) on the buns.
  • Layer roast beef and cheese over the buns.
  • Cover with the top halves of the buns.
