Instructions

  1. a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add the warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Divide the dough into small balls. Flatten each ball and place a cube of the mixed cheese in the center. Seal the dough around the cheese and place seam-side down in a greased round pan.
  7. Arrange the balls closely, mimicking the pattern of a honeycomb.
  8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, garlic powder, and chopped parsley. Brush this mixture over the assembled dough balls.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.
