  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  • Stir in garlic powder, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, combine the cooked pasta and beef mixture. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  • Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
