Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
    • Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease the muffin cups.
  • Mix the Dry Ingredients:
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ginger.
  • Mix the Wet Ingredients:
    • In another bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients:
    • Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
    • Fold in any optional mix-ins like nuts or chocolate chips if using.
  • Fill the Muffin Tin:
    • Divide the batter evenly among the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  • Bake:
