Description

Unwind and relax with the sleepy girl mocktail recipe a soothing, non-alcoholic beverage infused with calming ingredients. This drink combines the gentle flavors of chamomile and lavender with the sweetness of honey, making it the ideal nightcap.

Ingredients

  1. 1 chamomile tea bag
  2. 1 tsp dried lavender buds
  3. 1 tbsp honey (or to taste)
  4. 1 slice of lemon
  5. Sparkling water or club soda
  6. Ice cubes
  7. Fresh mint or lemon balm (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Boil water and steep the chamomile tea bag and dried lavender buds in a cup for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bag and strain out the lavender buds. Allow the tea to cool to room temperature or place it in the refrigerator for a quicker chill.
  3. Once cooled, pour the chamomile-lavender tea into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Add honey and stir until dissolved.
  5. Squeeze in the slice of lemon.
  6. Top off with sparkling water or club soda for a bit of fizz.
  7. Garnish with fresh mint or lemon balm.
  8. Stir gently, sip, and relax.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness based on your preference.
  • For a warmer version, skip the ice and sparkling water. Simply enjoy the warm chamomile-lavender tea with honey and lemon.
