Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 12 oz spaghetti (cooked and drained)
- 1 can (24 oz) spaghetti sauce
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the spaghetti sauce and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup and sour cream.
- In a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, layer half of the cooked spaghetti, then spread the sour cream mixture over it.
- Add half of the ground beef and sauce mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with the remaining cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
