Ingredients

    2. For the Gnocchi:
      • 1 lb packaged gnocchi
      • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
      • 4 cloves garlic, minced
      • 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
      • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
      • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Gnocchi: Boil the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Steak Bites: Season steak bites with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat olive oil. Add steak bites and cook until browned on all sides, about 3-4 minutes. Add minced garlic and stir for another minute until fragrant. Remove steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Garlic Butter Gnocchi: In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and stir well, ensuring the gnocchi is coated in the garlic butter. Cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly golden.
