Ingredients
- Donuts:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour (spooned & leveled)
- 6 Tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 4 Tablespoons vanilla Greek yogurt (or plain or strawberry)
- 2 Tablespoons milk (vanilla almond milk used)
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tablespoon (14g) unsalted butter, melted
- Strawberry Frosting:
- 3–4 strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon strawberry jam
- 1 – 2 cups confectioners’ sugar, sifted
- Optional: red sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and prepare a donut pan with non-stick spray.
- Mix the dry ingredients for the donuts in a bowl.
- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients, then mix into the dry ingredients until just combined.
