Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  • Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
  • Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Stir in sour cream.
  • Pour batter over the crust. Arrange peach slices and berries on top.
  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
