Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- 2 ripe peaches, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of the pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, beating until combined.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream.
- Pour batter over the crust. Arrange peach slices and berries on top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until center is set. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
