This Summer Fruit Salad recipe combines a variety of fresh, juicy fruits for a refreshing and healthy dish. Perfect for picnics, barbecues, or as a light dessert, it’s a crowd-pleaser that’s quick and easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups diced pineapple
  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup mandarin oranges, drained if canned
  • 1 tbsp honey (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lime juice (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine all the prepared fruits: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, watermelon, grapes, kiwi, and mandarin oranges.
  • If desired, drizzle with honey and lime juice, then gently toss to coat.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before serving.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!
