Ingredients
2 ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)
1/2 cup cold milk (or water for a lighter version)
2–3 tablespoons sugar or honey (adjust to taste)
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)
Mint leaves or chopped pistachios for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Add mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and cardamom into a blender.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes and blend again if a chilled drink is desired.
Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding more milk.
