2 tbsp unsalted butter
2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp chives, minced
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
Season scallops with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear scallops for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and opaque. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic, herbs, lemon zest, and juice. Stir for 1–2 minutes.
