Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. Place chicken breasts in the dish and season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Lay a slice of Swiss cheese over each chicken breast.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Combine the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter, then sprinkle the mixture evenly over the casserole.
