Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ lb ground pork
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely grated
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil for greasing

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, garlic, grated onion, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined; avoid overmixing.
