Ingredients
2 cups fresh pineapple, cubed
1 cup mango, diced
1 cup papaya or melon, cubed
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional)
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint or cilantro
Juice of 1 lime
1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes for spice
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine pineapple, mango, and papaya (or melon).
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, honey/agave, and salt.
Pour the dressing over the fruit and toss gently to coat.
Add shredded coconut and fresh mint or cilantro. Toss again lightly.
Optional: Sprinkle chili flakes for a spicy kick.
Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best flavor.
