This watermelon lemonade is a refreshing and hydrating summer drink, combining the sweet juiciness of watermelon with the tartness of fresh lemon juice. Perfect for hot days and outdoor gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 4 cups cold water
  • 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, puree watermelon cubes until smooth.
  • Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  • Add fresh lemon juice, cold water, and honey or sugar to the pitcher.
  • Stir well until the honey or sugar is dissolved.
  • Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
  • Serve in glasses garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
