Ingredients
- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
- 1/4 cup honey or sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, puree watermelon cubes until smooth.
- Strain the watermelon juice into a pitcher to remove pulp.
- Add fresh lemon juice, cold water, and honey or sugar to the pitcher.
- Stir well until the honey or sugar is dissolved.
- Add ice cubes to the pitcher.
- Serve in glasses garnished with lemon slices and mint leaves.
