Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and spray the basket with cooking spray.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece and add 1 tsp pizza sauce, cheese, and pepperoni.
- Seal the edges tightly to form a ball.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
- Place in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown.
- Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
