Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, cheddar cheese, bacon, eggs, ketchup, mustard, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
