Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
