Ingredients

  • 6 cups Rice Krispies cereal
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant banana pudding mix
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 bag (10 oz) mini marshmallows
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup crushed vanilla wafer cookies
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
  • Sliced bananas (for garnish, optional)

Instructions

  • Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the banana pudding mix and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Quickly fold in the Rice Krispies cereal and crushed vanilla wafer cookies until evenly coated.
  • Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish using a buttered spatula or wax paper.
  • If using, sprinkle white chocolate chips over the top and gently press them into the treats.
  • Allow to cool and set at room temperature for about 30 minutes. Cut into squares and garnish with sliced bananas before serving, if desired.
