- 12 oz egg noodles
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 can (10 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cook until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in tomato sauce, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix the cooked noodles with the beef mixture and spread evenly into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
