For the Blackening Spice Mix:

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust based on heat preference)
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano


Instructions

  1. Mix all the spices together in a small bowl to create the blackening spice mix.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts generously on both sides with the spice mix.
