Ingredients
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook orzo according to package instructions; drain.
- In a saucepan, sauté garlic in butter. Add broccoli and cook until tender.
- Combine cooked orzo, broccoli, cheese, and milk in a baking dish. Season with salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top and dot with butter.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until top is golden brown.

- For a gluten-free version, use gluten-free breadcrumbs and pasta.
