Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  • Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and blue cheese (if using) over the chicken.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
  • Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up.
  • Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  • Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
  • Garnish with parsley and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
