Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
- 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce until fully coated.
- Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese and blue cheese (if using) over the chicken.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 1-inch rolls.
- Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet, cut-side up.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Garnish with parsley and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Notes
- You can substitute blue cheese with extra mozzarella if preferred.
