Description

Indulge in the homestyle taste of our Cheeseburger Meatloaf, featuring juicy ground beef, melted cheese, and all the beloved burger toppings. This recipe transforms the traditional cheeseburger into a hearty meatloaf perfect for family meals.

 


Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds ground beef

1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1/2 cup ketchup

- 2 tablespoons mustard

- 1/4 cup mayonnaise

- 2 eggs

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste

- Pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes for garnish


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and eggs until well combined.

3. Press half of the meat mixture into a loaf pan. Layer with half of the cheese, then cover with the remaining meat mixture.

4. Bake for 45 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and bake for another 15 minutes or until the meatloaf is cooked through.

5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes.

Notes

Experiment with different types of cheese for variety.

Can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free breadcrumbs.
