Description

Whip up a batch of delicious cheeseburger sliders with this easy recipe. Perfect for parties, game days, or quick family dinners, these sliders are packed with juicy beef, melted cheese, and all your favorite toppings. Follow these simple steps to create a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 12 slider buns
  • 6 slices of cheddar cheese, halved
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1/2 cup pickles, sliced
  • 1/2 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Press the ground beef mixture evenly into a 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked.
  4. While the beef is baking, prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard in a small bowl.
  5. Once the beef is cooked, remove from the oven and drain any excess grease. Place the cheese slices evenly over the beef and return to the oven for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from the oven and cut the beef into 12 equal squares.
  7. Assemble the sliders by spreading the sauce on the bottom halves of the slider buns. Place a beef patty on each bun, then top with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and onions.
  8. Cover with the top halves of the buns and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For a toasted bun, place the slider buns in the oven for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Customize with your favorite toppings, such as bacon, avocado, or jalapeños.
