Description

Cheeseburger sliders with Hawaiian rolls are the ultimate mini burgers! Made with seasoned ground beef, melty cheese, and soft Hawaiian rolls, these sliders are perfect for game days, parties, or quick family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 package Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese slices
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter, melted
  • Sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess grease.
  • Stir in ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  • Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish.
  • Spread the ground beef mixture evenly over the buns.
  • Sprinkle shredded cheese or layer cheese slices over the beef mixture.
  • Cover with the top halves of the buns.
  • Brush the melted butter over the top buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if desired.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
